Non-Adjustable, traditional solid cast cuff with a spring barrel lock. Still in use in Britain, and around the world, as they have been for over a hundred years. Quick to put on, but slow to take off. Very good for smaller wrists. Very practical when doing chores around the house or for sleeping overnight in cuffs. Used in the 1800's.
